  • How often can you clean my house?
    We can clean your house weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
  • How soon can you come clean my house?
    The schedule is somewhat flexible, but we at least need a week or two in advance.
  • Are you insured?
    Yes we are insured and bonded.
  • How long have you been in the business of cleaning homes?
    We have been in business since 2017, but we have been cleaning residential homes since 2010.
  • Do you carry workers compensation insurance?
    Yes, we do.
  • Who provides the cleaning products and equipment to clean my home?
    We bring everything we need to clean. If there is any products that you would want us to use, you leave it where it's visible for us to see. If you have any allergies to cleaning products, you can let us know and we can accomodate you and use something that works for your needs.
  • How do you enter the home?
    That is entirely up to you, some customers give us a key or a code to the garage. We can also arrange other ways you are comfortable with.
  • How long are you going to be in my home cleaning?
    It depends how big your home is and what you need cleaned, however we can be in the home from an hour to 3 hours.
  • What forms of payment do you take?
    We accept cash, check, Venmo or Zelle.

Cancellation Policy

We don't have a cancellation policy, but please let us know within 48 hours if you are going to cancel a cleaning or need to reschedule.

If you're not happy, we'll come back and complete the areas we missed. We want to make you happy.
